if we want to keep ourselves healthy ,we should maintain a regular lifestyle, try to sleep before 11 every night, drink cups of warm water every day., also we have to maintain a good eating habit, eating habit , eat more vegetables and fruits.We should have regular physical exercise and maintain a suitable body weight. In order to avoid being sick, we should wash hands before meal and after toilet. Last but not the least , we should see doctor when we are ill and have regular body cheep up.
